FAQ 1. Once I complete my order in the shop, is it sent to the indicated address? No, all orders placed in the Online Shop will only be shipped after payment has been settled. 2. After making the payment, how many days will I have to wait to receive my order? The orders placed in the Online Shop of the Casa das Hortas, except in the case of any stock shortage or other situations outside the control of the producer (e.g. natural disasters, road accidents, etc. …), will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. Delivery is defined by the carrier and depends on the destination. The tracking number will be provided, whenever possible. 3. How do I have the guarantee that after making the payment the order is delivered to me? After the payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as the order is shipped you will be contacted by email, to the address provided when filling out the data in the online shop. 4. 4. Apart from the amount to be paid in the Online Store, at the moment I receive my order, will I have to pay any other amount? No, all costs related to the purchase and delivery are calculated automatically at the time of online purchase. 5. If I do not have time to check my order upon delivery, and in the event of a problem with the product, may I request its return? The verification and complaint for reasons related with the delivery status of the order should be made and reported to the delivery agent. Those who make purchases of alcoholic drinks in www.casadashortas.pt implicitly declare that they are over 18 years of age and do not have any impediment and/or legal restriction that prevents them from buying alcoholic drinks. The Casa das Hortas is not responsible and is not civilly or criminally liable for the acts and use of products purchased in the online shop. The Casa das Hortas reserves the right to interrupt or withdraw access to the online shop if it detects that the user does not meet the legal requirements, or for other reasons, whether technical, administrative or situations considered force majeure. 8. Can I change the delivery date of my order? If you wish to change your delivery date, you should contact the carrier directly, using the code and contacts provided in the shipping confirmation email. Each carrier has its own procedures that we are not aware of. 9. Is there an optional offer? Due to legal constraints and the type of product, we do not have the option offer. 10. What means of payment are available? The Casa das Hortas offers the clients of its Online Shop payment by ATM reference, bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. 11. Can I make a purchase when I am located abroad? The delivery of products from the Online Shop is possible in Continental Portugal and Islands, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Belgium, Italy, Austria and Germany. 12. Who ensures the delivery of my order? The transport service of orders is ensured by the company DHL for international shipments and Torrestir in the domestic market, mainland and islands. 13. Are the products ordered delivered in customised packaging? All the products ordered will be delivered in packages prepared for this purpose, not personalised with the individual image of each wine.
